Join your fellow athletes at the Rutland Fitness Center on Monday, March 2 or March 23, for a one-hour overview of the Center’s equipment (6:00 – 7:00 p.m.). Anna Weber will discuss and demonstrate the proper usage of the equipment in the center to help members — and other interested parties — on how to use the equipment in order to reach their weight-loss goals.
