Rutland’s 25th Annual Fall Festival will be held Sunday, October 4, 2009.
Demonstrations and sale of ethnic foods starts at 11:00 a.m. - Krumkake, rosettes, fattigman, lefse, rice pudding, rommegrot, abelskivers, Uffda tacos and brats for sale.
Scalloped potatoes with ham and other Scandinavian food will be served at City Hall from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Parade at 12:00 Noon.
Pioneer demonstrations will be held from Noon to 4 p.m. at various locations. See wool spinning, quilting, hardanger, embroidery and rope making demonstrations. Stop by for some old fashioned ice cream too!
Stop in at the Rutland Senior Citizens for food and to take a chance on the Quilt Raffle made by the Rutland Seniors using T-shirts from past Uff Da Days. The quilt was machine quilted and is made T-shirts from past Uff Da Days. Tickets may be purchased in advance for $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. Need not be present to win.

- Horse drawn rides
- Arts and crafts sales
- Quilt display
- Train rides for children
- Musical entertainment
Stop in at the Pioneer House and Rutland Depot Museum which will be open that day.
