A duck and pheasant hunting fundraiser will be held on Saturday, November 28, from Sun Up to Sun Down in Rutland, ND (on land
surrounding the community in all directions). Fee is $100.00 per Gun. Contact: Wendy Willprecht at 724-3118 or xwilliex@drtel.net to make arrangements to become a part of this event.
Several local farmers and landowners have graciously donated their hunting land for the day of the hunt, which is being held to raise money for two local men who have been stricken by cancer. 100% of all proceeds raised will go directly to these gentlemen to help them with all the extra expenses they have incurred due to their conditions.
Monetary donations are also being accepted. A benefit fund has been established at Sargent County Bank. Checks may be written out to Carlson/Pherson Benefit and can be sent to Wendy Willprecht at 213 Fairway Drive, Forman ND 58032. Donations may also be made directly to the Sargent County Bank, 331 Main St., Forman, ND 58032.
