The Rutland Community Club Executive Committee met on Thursday, April 23, at 2:00 p.m. at the Rutland General Store. Present: Deborah Banish, Vicky Hausler, Debra Liermark and Hilary Mehrer. Absent: Jeff Olson.
President: Mehrer/Banish moved that Debra Liermark be elected RCC President for 2009. Motion carried unanimously.
Vice President: Mehrer/Liermark moved that Vicki Haussler be elected Vice President for 2009. Motion carried unanimously.
Treasurer: Mehrer/Haussler moved that Deborah Banish be elected Treasurer for 2009. Motion carried unanimously.
Secretary: Mehrer/Banish moved that Jeff Olson be elected Secretary for 2009. Motion carried unanimously.
President Liermark reported that Work group 4 has the responsibility for the Memorial Day dinner and she has begun to make contacts.
