Rutland Community Club met on Tuesday, September 1, 2009, at City Hall. Nine members present: Deb Liermark, Deborah Banish, Hilary Mehrer, Carolyn Christensen, Gretchen Vann, Doris Hoistad, Bert Siemieniewski, Quentin Hoistad, and Kathy Brakke. Rutland’s 25th Annual Fall Festival will be held Sunday, October 4, 2009. Demonstrations and sale of ethnic foods starts at 11:00 a.m. - Krumkake, rosettes, fattigman, lefse, rice pudding, rommegrot, abelskivers, Uffda tacos and brats for sale.
